I have a Hartke A35 bass amp that I bought for my daughter to use. Amazing little amp, big sound in a small package. Unfortunately, the input jack got broken. I opened up the amp and found that the input jack on these amps is a plastic piece that is attached directly to the main board instead of a metal jack wired to the board using wires. Is there a way on this unit to wire a standard metal 1/4" jack to the amp board without destroying anything in the process? The amp worked great until the plastic jack broke, and as far as I know that's the only thing wrong with it.

Hello!
The PCB jack is definitely replaceable, the type can be identified by photo. Of course, the metal jack can also be built in and wired to the panel. I know in this case it needs to be fitted with an insulated metal front panel. (Earth loop.) I hope I helped.
