I have a Hisense 55P6 does not Power On.
I think it is the Power Supply Unit RSAG7.820.7748/ROH
When I connect the Power to the Board then I hear a clicking noise and the PSU starts to smell like something is blown.
But Visually is all in a great shape.

Check 1-2kV ceramic blue capacitors for smelll-arcing.

I had similar problem on my hisense (same board). On my TV it was the bridge rectifier and some other thing shorted. (can't remember) Think it was the LED Stripes, because the picture was kind of blue so i had to change them aswell.
