HISENSE H49N5705 switch off after warming then more rapidly

U on C809 is just 370V and I believe is not enought power to transfer in secondary circuit of power. 
If I disconnect tcon or just display the tv dont go to stby. 
Do you have diagram of powerboard HLL-4455W?
