HK audio Pulsar 112FA power supply issue

I have a HK Pulsar 112 FA. Suddenly the power supply got burnt. Then find out that the Swtching power IC was cracked out. Then i ordered the part and replaced it. But still it does not start. I have tested 15V+ and 15V - are there. Still the power LED does not lighting up. And also Power for the Amplifier is not right. Did not find the Schematic to follow. I am an experience Electronics technician for last 30 years. If some can give me some advice or the Schematic of the power supply would be greatly appreciated. 
Also i have a HK 210 A sub woofer had the same problem and managed to do it. There i found after replacing the Power IC another NPN smd transister was deffective. Now it works, but it takes about 50 second to switch on after making a switching noise like tik, tik, tik tik and then comes the green led and works hours without any problem. Any ones ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
