Row loss single cable type and between dual cable controlled raw panel with occurs.
This laptop is original assembly with single cable controls raw panel.
Solution, contact the laptop service center.
This is a hardware problem. You don't want to check the problem with an external display, you don't want to disassemble the notebook, so... I think... you should take the notebook to a laptop service center.

O.K. First connect an external monitor to the VGA or HDMI port and check the display on it.
