ICOM HM-234 SPEAKER MICROPHONE HF interference

Has anybody the schematics for the HM234 or HM173? I am having trouble connecting my ICOM A6E aviation transceiver to a generic noise cancelling speakerphone. I use the A6E as emergency transceiver in an aircraft. The schematics seems to be unortodox due to separate ground for headphone and microphone. I am not able to avoid HF interference.

Hello!

The factory ICOM speaker microphone also has a separate GND wire has both the microphone and the speaker side. The connected device must also be wired in the same way, because of the ground loop and disturbances.

Hi Tony and thank you for replying. I use the shielded pair of the spiralcord for the MIC LIVE and the shield connects to mic ground. The speakers two leads are floating. Here is a schematics of the transceivers speakerphone connectors.
