Kenwood KR-V5580 - No output sound

I have a Kenwood KR-V5580  A/V receiver now it has no speaker sound output but it has a good amplifier section this include the speaker relay,selector switch is working,35 front button switch is working but it has no sound coming from FM radio and input RCA jack.Thanks a lot I need someone who can help me.Im a guest.
