Korg 01/W FD, when touching the central C #, the keyboard enters in DISK MODE P1: LOAD-2

Hello, I need help with my Korg 01 / w fd, I hope I understood ElectroTanya's slogan by writing to you.
I am an electronic technician and I decided to address the change of the Display of my keyboard, I will ignore all the precautions taken in the disassembly and assembly of it, the Displays of these keyboards are discontinued so I got a replacement whose backlight is included in the Display itself In the form of backlight leds, the original module uses CCFL backlight, which requires high frequency and high voltage power supplied by the converter circuit part on the power supply board.
The new one uses a more durable LED backlight and its operating voltage is about 3.2V ~ 3.5V (I assume it uses a parallel set of LEDs).
I mention it because once armed, the Display worked perfect, but the central octave gives me a strange error, when playing the DO #, the keyboard enters Disk P1: Load-2 mode and the message "are you sure?"
Is it possible that there is a crash log with that feature in your files?
