Korg AX3000G multi effects not working all the time

pls help me solve of what is the real cause problem of my korg ax3000g multi effects...when i  plug in using power supply 9v 1000mah..first it will give light only on the screen but no display... and no effects at all...not functioning... when i repeated many times to plug on and off sometimes it gives lights all and sometimes not all the lights will function..no blinking..it freeze the light..and still no display..no effects...
