LE26C350D1WXXC, BN41-01411A contol panel is bad?

Hi, the control panel is not working.
How can I check if only the control board is bad?
It is BN41-01411A. Seems with capacitive sensors. The IC is CHEMT CT1N07, G231312, 1023B.
I can't find datasheet for it. Looking for replacement control board, service manual, datasheet for the IC CT1N07, IR control replacement.
