LG 22LK311, Chasis LP91J no sound no picture just backlight

I have a problem with this tv. The case is no sound, no pictures just white blank. Just lEd backkigt on. Vcc tcon 0volt. This fuse tcon was connected. Where is the problem with this tv.

Hy!You must make some mesurments to determin why do not have T-con Vcc.You may not have sound bekause the tv was set on some different source of signal(hdmi,euroscart,etc.)
