LG 43PN4500 plasma tv missing 18V on z-sus

Buen día. Alguien me puede asesorar ya q tengo una TV plasma LG 43PN 4500 que no encuentro la falta de un voltaje de 18v en la salida de la tarjeta zsus. En espera de sus comentarios . gracias
