M -AUDIO M-TRACK SOUND CARD PROBLEM, NO SOUND

i just face an issue with my M audio M Track Two-Channel USB Audio/MIDI Interface,  the problem is the computer find the driver and its fine, but there is no sound and the all light indication is lightning up to the red light and there is no sound, how ca i reset or fix my sound card please,
