Meanwell RSP-1000-48 power issue

I needed a power source at 32Vdc and around 32A, about 1KW power. I choose the Meanwell RSP-1000-48 after reading it can be trimmed down to lower voltage, and I thought that being an SMPS the delivered power would have not changed much across the output adjustment.
Unfortunately I found that the output current is ANYWAY  limited at 21A, which makes it useless for my application. 
The question here is if anyone had any similar experience and can indicate if there is a method to increase the current OVL value.
