Micronta dm 22-195 multimeter not test diodes or measure dc voltage

My MICRONTA DM 22-195 multimeter does not measure diodes or dc.
It works but when you press the cc button it starts to beep and move the numbers on the display erratically.
Please, if you could help me with the diagram, I am grateful.
