Kind strangers,
Yesterday in the second hand shop I was blessed with the finding of a Marlux turntable, I took it home and connected it but this caused the following problem:
the National Panasonic SU-3400 that i use now has a humming sound when turned on.
- buzzing is affected by volume
- the buzzing only occurs on the "phono" setting
- I checked the fuses, these are still intact. the machine buzzes less when I disconnect one fuse and not when both fuses are out.
- since the problem occurred the red light in the on switch stopped working as well
I assume that half of the info above does you no good but I cant tell what half will,
Please let me know if you have an idea about this issue
