Nokia 1100 - How to Export/Import SMS/Contacts/Call log to PC

Hi Guys!
I have a nokia1100. Its memory is almost full. I intend to move all the contents of the cellphone(mobile phone) memory to Personal Computer memory for backup. Does anyone know.
