Pak Master 38xl plasma cutter, no arc

went through all the troubleshooting in the manual. leads, trigger, all check good. purges ok with ac light on, gas light on. checked fuses, cap board, resistor, rectifier etc all ok.  the ac light is on, push trigger, no gas light no arc. overheat light not on. need schematic (detailed) or place to send board for checking or repair
