I am looking for service information regarding the CPU card (KX-TD10101 / KX-TD50101) used in the Panasonic KX-TD500 PBX.
Specifically: hardware modifications required to upgrade from version 1.0 to version 2.0 (chipset/EPROM, RAM, oscillator, jumpers, etc.).
- Are there any official service bulletins describing this process?
- Has anyone documented the exact hardware changes on the PCB when upgrading?
- Alternatively, does anyone have scans/photos comparing V1.0 and V2.0 CPU cards?
I know that in many cases replacing the full CPU board with a later revision is the recommended way, but I am interested in the technical details of the upgrade itself.
