Panasonic plasma tv won't power on

I have a plasma panasonic tv recently had a power outage, it won't power back on it has done this before but powered on like 2 days later.
I dont know what to do. Please help!

This is a very common issue in powersupply's standby circuit.

Option 1: bad standby output capacitors
Option 2: Main inbond filter capacitor (x2) 

Suggestion: If you are already there: change all caps in psu :)
