Panasonic TC-20S10M2 CRT TV using PC board TNP4G073 power supply issue

Hi Guys, I'm trying to be good and help a friend out by fixing his old CRT TV.. We are both eco minded in terms of repairing rather than tossing stuff out because of a fault.
I'm a radio/TV serviceman from way back, but having retired and still got a good tool box and know how to read schematics....but I have been chasing my tail looking for even a similar PV schematic on line...and would really appreciate some help with locating the beast.
When the TV came to me, I quickly located a number of the old low ohm ceramic resistors were open circuit in the power supply, along with a sprinkling of semiconductors plus the bridge rectifier, but having carefully replaced those components it still has me beat. The small red standby led does not illuminate, and the rest of the PS circuit including the filament supply to the tube, is essentially dead.
Any help with this board would be gratefully received.
