Panasonic TH-49EX600 tv won't turn on

I have recived a 49 panasonic tnpa6376 tv
the red/green ligth are not showing any signal and the tv is ded.
there is no visual sign of any issue and the measuring I toke are not pointing on any fallt 
if someone can help me solve this riddle
