Hello team!,
Trying to repair a 715G4801-P1A-H20-002U philips power supply.I am stuck.The p.s. has 340V at main 100μF Capacitor and till now I replaced the TNY278 IC but with no success.I would appreciate any help from you guys.

The primary side of the stby transformer is broken. Second, check the passive components in the stby circuit.
