Philips DCC 900 recorder/player not works

I am not an experienced electronic repair person.  I have this recorder that has not been used for several years and it no longer functions.  I would like to know where to send it for service.  I have many DCC tapes that I would like to transfer to a CD which I can do if the player is Grepaired.  I live in middle Mississippi, USA.  My email address is, billy.trotter4703@gmail.com.  Thank you for any help you can give me.
