My bluray 3D player HTS 4282 does not rescive any contact with the remote!? the player works but i cant look throw menys and i cant choose language in a movie..
all that stuff one does with remote. It dont work to start the player with the remote, but the iR eye in the remote is working, i checked that through my iPhone movie cam.
but when i press any button on the remote it wont work.. so strange! What do i do?!

The most likely error is a malfunction of the IR receiver (inside the player).
However, there have been cases where the remote control was damaged. and transmitted inadequate codes.
