Philips Model 930A capacitors

Are the capacitors sealed in the enclosed box- (round or rectangular) - electrolytic, polarized or just modern non-polarized standards.  Some diagrams show plus and minus in the power supply and some do not.  Thank you in advance, I'm not sure which I should use and which, if any, are electrolytics.
