I have a fault on one channel of the output stage of the 4404 recorder`s amplifier – it`s a stereo tape recorder and both channels work fine and clear until 10 mins into playing the right channel distorts. If switched off for about 30 minutes and then on again, the distortion is gone but returns again after say 10 minutes of playing. Any ideas - guess it`s a failing component.,
