Pioneer DEQ-P8000, processor freeze after volume move up.

Hi.. When I turn on the processor DEQ P8000 or P9, whe. the volumes move up to 13, it freeze everything.. Cannot do nothing this point. What reparation need to do in the deq processor?? Or what part inside the processor need to b replaced??
