PIONEER PL-Z81 turntable needs new amp.

Hello, I hope you can help. I have the above turntable which works okay. The amp/double cassette deck (PIONEER DC- Z81) that came with it has to be replaced. The turntable has the 2 rca leads going into the amp and a 3rd lead goes into a 12 volt dc output on the amp. The manual says it provides power to the turntable. If I can’t find this type of output on an older amp I must look for is there another way to provide power to the turntable? Would a preamp do it or is that a different subject?. Many thanks ,    Jeff.
