Hi. You should first evaluate the values of the resistances measured on the buffer-capacitors (C71, C72). In most cases, failure of the output stage causes this symptom.
Since the other branches from the transformer are solved via fuses, the second-order faults include possible short-circuits of the two above-mentioned electrolytic capacitors and/or the associated graetz-rectifier, transformer (T1), interference filter (C75).
