Pioneer SC-65 av receiver, software issue?

 I recently bought a pioneer SC 65 elite receiver, when I got home and plugged it up everything seem to work fine with the software but it had no headphone output and no output on any of the channels even using the radio tuner. After digging around through the Settings a bit I realize that the MCACC software would not auto function so if I plug my microphone in it comes on like it’s going to auto tune the unit but will fail every time to initiate it just reads please  wait after the 70 second countdown , any tips ? I feel this may be a software issue that could be manually loaded into the unit and the unit still function perfectly ....any advice is welcome , or a recommendation of who best could repair it for me...thanx
