Hi,

It is D101A.

Please help to identify the component for Philips 47” TV.
This component is probably a TVS diode with Zener located on the Power Board named 47” IPB MR 3.1
The board p/n: 2300KEG033A-F, Rev 3.5
The component has a reference designator is D101A

Hi,
Unfortunately, it is a different component. There are several power boards for this TV.
My one is not 2300KEG031, but 2300KEG033A-F Rev. 3,5 It uses different IC for the converter and It is not Just a diode but TVS (having combination of the diode and Zener). The part Ref. Des. not D0101 but D101A
Please Help

This schematic is not 2300KEG033A-F Rev. 3.5 and it has different reference designators for components.
My one has the DC-DC converter with designations 1xx, not 9xx. It use different IC -  U101 (FSQ510M), which has internal FET, and has single TVS component (diode and high voltage Zener in the single housing) gesignated as D106A.
It is possible to read on this TVS something like  T2D83. However, I could not find it in any catalogues.
When D106A fails it cause the IC U101 and fuse F101 fail as well. I need to recognize the model of D106A to fix my TV
Please Help
