My firend has a BNT-1000AP UPS. Batteries were wrong I changed them. The original ones are 7Ah, the new ones are 7.2Ah. When I first switched it on (happened probably several times) and charged the batteries for about a day, the unit was OK. Then they brought it home and started it maybe 2 days later. We have 230V here. Then continuous beep (overload alarm) happens in many cases when you switch it on, but not always. I was trying to find the rootcause but I cannot see anything wrong. Could it be a kind of FW failure and needs a special sequence for the switch on? This is how I came up finally...
Controller has B801-V1.41 label.

Egyik barátom szünetmentesében cseréltem akksikat, mert tényleg rossz volt.
kb. ugyanaz ment bele 7Ah helyett 7.2Ah. Nem voltak teljesen feltöltve így nálam bekapcsolva hagytam a szünetmentest (1 napig kb.), rendben látszott minden.
Hazavitték és kb. 2 nap múlva beüzemelték, mikor is előjött egy hiba, hogy nem is minden indításkor, de nagyon sokszor túlterheléses sípolásos jelzést ad bekapcsolás után. De nem mindíg. Nyugtalanított, így ismét magamhoz vettem, mértem sok mindent, ellenőriztem a forrasztásokat, de nemigen találtam semmi hibát. Netes leírásokban azt láttam, hogy esetleg nem mindegy hogy milyen procedúra mentén kapcsoljuk be. Ez igaz lehet? Vagy lehet más gond is?
A kontrolleren B801-V1.41 felirat van.
