Repair Siemens ps 407

Hello, I recently started working in a PCB repair and testing company. I’ve been assigned to repair a Siemens PS 407 4A power supply module. I’ve tested and replaced various components on the module. However, to test this module, I need the rack that it fits into because the module won’t turn on without being connected to the rack. the rack is not available in the company. Therefore, I’m unsure how to verify if the module is functioning correctly.
