Replacement of DVB-S Tuner TNPA5128 1 XS in Panasonic TX-P42GW20

Hello!
I need to replace my DVB-S Tuner TNPA5128 1 XS in my Panasonic TX-P42GW20 because of flickering errors when watching HD stations.
Most of the spare parts sold on Ebay are TNPA5128 2 XS. Is these tuner compatible with my TV?
