Samsung BN44-334A power supply, VS volt is dropping down from 206V to 12V

Hi,

When i turn on Samsung 63" plasma tv the VS volt is falling down from 206 V to 12 V in a few seconds, and tv wont turn on.
Any glue what it can be?

I check BN44-00333A power supply schema, maybe same. All out voltage checking the PIC16F882 microcontroller. Measure voltages VS-DET ans VS-ON pins.
