Dear Sirs, I have been using the system for 6 years. I have recently encountered some issues. Shortly, the problem is as follows: the subwoofer fails to connect with the main device after each turn-off/turn-on of the device. I have to perform an initial pairing, which is successful just for a few minutes, then the connection between the subwoofer and the main device fails again. I have installed an updated version of the firmware but that did not help either. I most kindly ask for assistance and competent advice as to how I should proceed in order to handle the problem.
