Samsung LA40D550 LCD TV - problem with ccfl, powerboard and inverter board

Good day to All,

Please help me find the schematic diagram for this model.
There's problem with the ccfl, powerboard and the inverter board.
The power to the ccfl shuts down after about 5 seconds. There's no pulses from the output of the inverter IC SEM 2106.Vcc supply to the IC is good.
The high voltage transformer were all checked good with a ring tester and an ohmmeter.
I need the schematic to check for other damaged components aside from suspected ccfl.
