Hello I have this Samsung le32a656 that doesn't work t-con board 320HAC2L The 12v voltage is present I can't find 3.3v 1.8v I have a short circuit. Which IC generates the 3.3v? Thank you.

IC13 is for 1.8V
Put candle wax to T-CON PCB and add external 3.3V to test point, and look wax where begin melting and there is a shorted component.
