Hi
Fuse burns out immediately after plugging in.
Bypassing fuse results in heating of power transformer, souds like something boiling, smells funny... is that ok?
Any ideas?
Maybe transformer has winding to winding shorts? this should cause fuse to blow?
Should i let it run for a bit and see how hot it gets in time?
Tried to play a cassette with bypassed fuse, works normally.

p.s. i don't have a multimeter. diagnosis is and will remain to be done with the six senses only.
