Hi to everyone.. i have a dark horizontal line on the top part of the TV. It starts strong on the left side and fades out before it reaches the right side.. but its over the middle of the panel.. Chassis is U85A
The line is visible in the test patterns too..
Have an idea what is the problem?

Hi Anonym!
Display defect this symptom. The display horizontal are controllig two side: left and right. The problem is between the left side matrix controller IC and the LCD display. (This IC build in a COF!) Contact failer between the IC and the flexibile cable or between flexibile cable and LCD display. You can not repair in homemade.
