I have the following problem with Sharp LC-42DH77E.tv
When I turn on the tv plugging the cord, the led goes green but the display remains black. After a while the green led starts flashing 1 per second and entering "menu" from remote also opc starts flashing at the same rate as the mail green led. The monitor still remains black.
I tried to enter into service mode using the described procedure (plug in the AC with input and vol- pressed, but there is no way to enter. The "k" does not appear.
Sometimes but not ever, plugging the AC and pressing at the same time vol- and chan- the main led becomes orange flashing once per second, then at the end of the flashing intervals the led comes green and the channel finally appears.
I checked the light tubes contacts (18 contacts) one by one and they are perfectly in contact with the board. I did it because some years ago there was a problem of on the those contacts easily solved (but at that time the mail led was red flashing and pressing menu from remote also the green opc led flashed at the same rate.
In the service manual is reported the case of both main and opc green led flashing at same rate as an "initial communication error" but i don not understand what can i do to overcome this issue.
