Siemens IQ 700 washing machine stopped working

I have Siemens washing machine IQ 700 older model, machine stopped working when it comes to wash or rinse, and when I open the back panel found water on the floor and a switch with 2 wire connector on the floor in the water I check but could not find where and what this switch is ..some say it's door safety switch some say it's float switch..when I press on the black button it give me e23 , some one have diagram or design to refit this part in the machine
