Hola que tal, me he iniciado en el campo de la reparación de equipos de sonido. No tengo mucha experiencia pero tengo las ganas de aprender. Mi caso es el siguiente: me asignaron la limpieza de un equipo sony genezi gtx888 que sólo necesitaba limpieza, el equipo funcionaba perfectamente. Hice la limpieza, seguí los cuidados necesarios para este tipo de equipos, el equipo en su interior estaba muy sucio. Al terminar de limpiar procedí a armarlo y todo funcionaba perfectamente a excepción de la bandeja de CD que dicho sea de paso era bandeja de 3 discos. No sé en qué me he equivocado porque tuve todos los cuidados o tal vez he obviado algún proceder. Si podría ayudarme en qué podría haber el error para poder solucionarlo les agradecería mucho.
Nota : el equipo no me da ningún tipo de mensaje de error, todo lo demás funciona correctamente.

I did the cleaning, I followed the necessary care for this type of equipment, the equipment inside was very dirty.
When I finished cleaning I proceeded to assemble it and everything worked perfectly except for the CD tray, which by the way was a 3-disc tray.

Note: the computer doesn't give me any kind of error message, everything else works fine.
