SONY HBD-DZ350, How can I make all 5 speakers talk

Good day,
I have this model of sony HBD - DZ350 but the two surround speakers are not talking but every other speakers are talking.
I have tried to use the surround button on the remote but it's still not working. I have changed the speakers to that port but it didnt work.
What do I do?
