Sony HCD-GN1200D receiver standby only

Hello,
There is Sony HCD-GN1200D DVD deck receiver audio system that is stack on red power led for standby.
I tried to check on any possible short and open circuit components on board but didn't find.
It's transformer provides all the necessary voltages needed.
Am solution with it, thanks.
