Hello, I have a system error on my Sony and I cannot find out how to clear it. In the manual it says to call the listed toll free number for that error. However, this unit is no longer supported by Sony and the number is disconnected. The unit does not respond to any remote control commands and does not respond to any commands from buttons. I therefore cannot get to the menu features to try to reset the system. Does anyone know what to try? Thank you.
