Sony tck470 Cassette Deck mechanism not works

Hi any advice I have a Sony tck 470 cassette deck replaced the belts aligned the cog mechanism but back together .I have a display but nothing is working on the cassette mechanism and also no light lit in the cassette tray ,if I press any buttons fast forward rewind play nothing happens ,any advice welcome
