Sony XRB 55X850D tv come on and off by itself

There was a power surge. Now the TV come on and off by itself. The word SONY comes up then 4 colored balls then it shut off and starts over.

Hello!
It's software problem, its very hard to repair it, protected with serial number, only Sony service can do it, if you buy other mainboard the wifi  will be not working because MAC number not equeval with your  old wifi MAC number....
