TDK TBD295A EA02B295T does not output any images

I am using TBD295A EA02B295T TDK for my monitor. While it was working, it suddenly stopped displaying any graphics.  During the check, I noticed that pin 3 the main IC 0960G does not have any voltages, can you guide me on how I can resolve this issue? Thank you
